Primary Skillset:-

  • 4 years of strong development background and ideally with Java hands-on development experience
  • Must have worked or at least should possess knowledge on cutting edge training management  systems and automate help desk operations
  • Must have industry-wise Knowledge Management tools such as Alfresco, Drupal, ServiceNow etc. and similar tools
  • Hands-on experience in building static and dynamic content and ability to navigate through cross functional teams and get the program moving
  • Ability to work with different teams digitize manual SOPs and also obtain additional information by taking to several Operational staff to make the content comprehensive and complete
  • Strong Scripting background such as Python, Shell Scripts and Perl is a must
  • Passion to learn new technologies very quickly and bring it to fruition for a quick delivery
  • Exposure to Database, Infrastructure concepts etc. would be an added advantage
  • Experience in working on leading Infrastructure based Automation tools would be a big plus
  • Must possess  ability to import data from any source
  • Experience in Financial Services industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science or equivalent

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • To Develop and provide support to all system interfaces and coordinate with all project managers to provide specifications for all core modules
  • Coordinate with various developers, project managers and analyst to prepare designs for new applications and documents all processes to ensure effective evaluation of all applications
  • Implement KM templates for enterprise applications with both static and dynamic capability
  • Monitor and identify specific programming languages and recommend enhancement to all programs and evaluate all software resolution
  • Perform significant amount of scripting and ability to digitize manual SOPs and wire RBA scripts
  • Implement KM system that produces timely, accurate, concise and precise information that can be utilized to make high quality decisions by various stakeholders such as Operational staff, Development team and Business team
