Overview

The Mobility team is looking for an experienced KAM to sell products to key customers via telephone and periodic visits. Provide ongoing maintenance and service to large, key accounts. Develop new business from existing relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build the trust and confidence of key customers so as to be perceived as an invaluable business partner and problem solver
  • Develop and Manage portfolio of key customer relationships with high frequency of quality contacts.
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of key customers’ business and challenges
  • Collaborate with other TESSCO teams to provide customer solutions
  • Enhance and develop the consultative relationship with a focus on total addressable opportunities through building value into the sale at all customer levels and opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of activity to meet daily sales metrics and develop a healthy sales funnel.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com tools and TESSCO systems to manage, track and develop customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and profitability targets.
  • Building value into the sale for all customer levels and opportunities
  • Exhibit a thorough knowledge of company history, culture, identity and goals
  • Demonstrate confidence and accountability for growing new relationships and delivering revenue targets

Qualifications

  • Superior relationship building skills on the phone, virtually and in-person.
  • Articulate, persuasive and influential communicator with high level active listening skills.
  • Strong strategic account planning and consultative selling competencies.
  • Professional presentation skills and highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or significant relevant experience.
  • 5+ years business-to-business sales experience (minimum).
  • Track record of successful revenue and profit generation year after year.
  • Working knowledge of MS word, excel and power point.
  • Salesforce.comexperience a plus.
