The role of Key Account Manager will be responsible for delivering profit across the target markets and clients within an assigned territory. The role will involve identifying, leading and managing sales opportunities in a consultative way. Working to an annual sales target, the role will involve weekly forecasting and pipeline reporting. There will also be an existing client base to manage, as well as developing and executing lead generation campaigns to generate new business. Collaboration with other teams within the organisation is also key to success within this role. There will be elements of proactive planning, managing client escalations and contract negotiation. The role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstratable track record of building account plans at a high strategic level, as well as an ability to action the tactical aspects needed to manage account penetration and growth.
