My client, a global market leader dedicated to providing a healthier world, is looking for a Key Account Manager in the Northern California area, ideally the BAY area.
The sales focus will be on their suite of Informatics solutions e.g. Data Analytics, Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN), data visualisation and data analytics etc. This position will have a number of Key Accounts as well as a some Top Pharma/Biotechs so there is a healthy live pipeline BUT we need a hunter as well as a farmer for this role.
The Informatics Solutions group services the Life Science, Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Chemical, Agriculture and Government markets. Solutions include Analytics, Data Connectivity and Unification, Electronic Lab Notebooks and Data Visualization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling complex software, with a strong understanding of business intelligence/analytics and the Life Science industries. Life sciences is desired, NOT ESSENTIAL. What is essential is ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE SALES SKILLS. We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a MIN. of 5 years, ideally with customer relationship building skills and someone who loves to win. This position will be responsible for both new and existing customers. Ideally you have been selling similar software solutions to researchers, scientists.
