Description

 

  • Drive revenue growth in leading divisions within HCA to achieve and exceed growth targets
  • Lead the development and execution of HCA aligned and divisionally specific long-term strategic and business objectives, through leadership of cross-GBU sales and support teams
  • Own and grow relationships with senior healthcare executives; become a “trusted advisor” to the assigned divisions
  • Develop, implement, and track a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve revenue goals and expand the One Hill-Rom portfolio with assigned divisions of HCA
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills along with coordination efforts among internal team members across all GBU’s
  • Keep all team members up to date using the Hill-Rom Standardized Account Management tool for Enterprise Accounts
  • Conduct consistent business reviews for assigned divisions along with individual strategic plans supporting customer priorities to support short and long term portfolio growth

 

Qualifications

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: – Other duties may be assigned:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience driving revenue growth at IDNs and/or within divisions of for-profit health systems such as HCA
  • Experience leading/developing high performance teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, health care or relevant field

PREFERRED

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience managing a multi-BU/product line sales process
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead in a complex matrix environment
  • Hill-Rom experience/knowledge of portfolio
  • Strong Knowledge of Healthcare Trends and reimbursement
  • Demonstrates strong business and financial analytical skills/proficient with Excel
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate up, down and laterally in a nationally, multi-business unit company regarding customer strategies and the role of each individual or team in achieving the desire outcomes: increase revenues, increased margin, satisfied customers, clinical outcomes
