We are looking for a Key Account Manager with strong enterprise customer expertise preferably from the telecom/service provider industry combined with sales experience in account development and management. To be successful in the role we expect strong interpersonal skills and business acumen, combined with a solid understanding of information security, IT infrastructure frameworks and processes, and telecom/service provider business dynamics.
Key Account Manager is responsible for operator sales revenue within a named set of operator partners. Plans sales & marketing strategy within the named accounts and drives the implementation of the plan with the support of the North American Operator team and HQ functions in Finland. This is done utilizing based sales tools, process and reporting, in alignment with sales strategy and operator playbook set by Global Operator Sales. Central role in contributing to the North America level operator sales strategy, plan and execution.
