Key Accounts Manager position to cover the eastern 1/3 of the United States.  Do you have successful experience selling fasteners and other replenishable products to manufacturing companies, power and light companies, and other companies which use fasteners?


    3-5 years successful experience selling replenishable items

    A Hunter mentality

    History selling to Purchasing, Maintenance, etc

    Ability to work successfully on your own

    Integrity and proven track record 


    Build a profitable business as a new business unit in accordance with the headquarter strategy.

   Close cooperation with all relevant business units and use of their services

   Build and develop a customer base together with sales managers and sales representatives

  Qualitative and quantitative setting up of business plans in accordance with the headquarter's strategy

   Implementation of all targets set together with the headquarters

   Increase market share within the company strategy through maximizing sales volume/potential and at the same time increasing productivity and operational excellence

Qualification profile, skills, abilities:

   Leadership characteristics with strong sales oriented background

   Winning personality, ability to demonstrate absolute loyalty, credibility, and integrity 

   Self Starter

   Solid knowledge of the market 9contact to industry decision-maker a plus) esp. for automotive, suppliers, mechanicalengineering companies as well as contacts to other dealers in these segments

   Strategic and conceptual thinking, goal and solution oriented

   Good communications skills, ability to network

   Ability to act independently while cooperating closely with the parent company

   Experienced in business development, sales, C-article-management, management of a sales team, managing indirect reports

   Experience in project management

   Willingness to work hard

   Experience in family owned/operated corporations

   Intercultural skills, ideally experience in working with European companies
