The Business Intelligence department works closely with senior leadership to develop plans, project milestones, timelines and budgets with respect to assigned projects and assignments. You will work on firm-wide projects requiring the need to work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders throughout the firm.
This position is located in the Northern Virginia office. Your standard hours will 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. Relocation available in accordance with the firm's policy.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or other related business field
- 3years of project management experience
- Good aptitude for analyzing data, projecting trends, resolving complex issues and successfully implementing a variety of goals and initiatives
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication skills required to interact with senior leadership
- Good organizational skills required to manage multiple, high priority projects at one time
- Excellent time management skills needed and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What will your day look like?
You will function as the project leader responsible for timely and effective implementation of strategic plans and objectives. You will provide technical expertise in drafting reports and summaries, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and analysis, and preparing presentations. You will analyze data and prepare reports, charts and summaries as needed and present data in a clear and concise manner. You will also participate in staff and committee meetings, and prepare material, agendas and review meeting materials for accuracy and completeness. You will work collaboratively with senior leadership to successfully implement short- and long-term goals and objectives, and keep projects moving forward, identify challenges and assist with developing solutions.
