Jr. Oracle DeveloperJr. Oracle Developer (IT Support Developer) is expected towork with the business analysts and development leads to develop, maintain andsupport the Oracle EBS R12 applications with a focus on O2C and P2P modules. The person in this role may assist with the preparation of detailed specifications from which programs will be written, and will beresponsible for the technical design, development, documentation, testing, implementation andsupportof extensions and sustainment of the EBS applications. Technical solutions will be built within the Oracle framework utilizing Oracle tools such as Oracle PL/SQL, Workflow, Forms, BI-Publisher, and others.

  • Utilize Oracle technical tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, Oracle Workflow, Forms, BI-Publisher, WEB ADI, PL/SQL to develop solutions to support the business and to enhance functionality based on business requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues to find the root cause and provide technical solutions
  • Work closely with the business and others in IT to develop new solutions and extend the functionality of EBS
  • Follow established SDLC process for code development through code release and support
  • Coordinate, analyze, design and development of reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows with Oracle technology tools such as Oracle Workflow, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, OAF, Oracle Personalization framework
  • Work with Team leads and IT counterparts to systematically analyze, cleanse, and maintain ERP data and current production issues
  • Help maintain interfaces from third party systems for import/export into/from Oracle EBS R12
  • Understand and implement technical configuration changes to E-Business Suite modules

Work Experience/KSA’s

  • Required:
    • 3-5 years  – Experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle EBS modules
    • 2-4 years  – Experience with Oracle O2C and P2P modules
    • 2-4 years  – Experience with Oracle’s development tools, including Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Workflow Builder, Business Events, Web ADI, OAF and BI-Publisher
    • 0-2 year(s)  – Experience with Unix Shell Scripting
  • Preferred:
    • 3-5 years  – Experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle EBS modules
    • 3-5 years  – Experience with Oracle O2C and P2P modules
    • 3-5 years  – Experience with Oracle’s development tools, including Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Workflow Builder, Business Events, Web ADI, OAF and BI-Publisher
    • 0-2 year(s)  – Experience with Unix Shell Scripting
    • 0-2 year(s)  – Experience with Java programming
    • 0-2 year(s)  – Experience with SOA development
