Job Summary:

  • Jr. Data Analyst:
  • Use statistical methods to analyze data to generate useful reports for various business units.
  • Work with management team to create a prioritized list of requirements for each cloud app.
  • Use cloud application data to identify usage trends.
  • Create and review cloud apps source documentation for completeness and accuracy in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all cloud application systems and key processes.
  • Perform regular file archival and manage cloud application license counts.
  • Create, update, and delete user accounts per request and through automated processes.
  • Provide Tier III support to various departments within Corporate IT.
  • Perform regular performance reporting to support maintenance, implementation, and expansion of cloud applications.
  • KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
  • Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Service, deadline, and detail oriented
  • Organizational skills that include project planning and time management
  • Proficiency in the following applications: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, PowerBI
  • Scriptinglanguage knowledge such as Python, Bash, Ruby, PERL
  • Software development, QA, or database administration experience is a plus
  • WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT:
  • Projects and deadlines may necessitate some night and weekend work, sometimes with little advanced notice.
