Our Client is looking for (3) exceptional Jr Account Executives in the Midwest with an entrepreneurial spirit to be an integral part of their sales team in the US. The successful candidates will have 1-5 years of experience selling software, hardware, or security solutions into IT Operations either direct or through partners.

The Client likes people who have companies like; Dell EMC, HPE, Cisco, Regional VAR/SI, National VAR/SI (presidio, Sirius, Shi, WWT, Roundtower) or their competitors, in their background! They are not interested in Job Hoppers!

Locations: Minneapolis, MN, and Des Moines, and IA, Omaha, NE

Position Overview:

This is an early-career hunter sales rep going after SMB (small + medium-sized business) accounts in a defined territory, typically one state. Ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of outside sales + 1-2 years previous inside sales and selling software, hardware, or security solutions into IT Operations either direct or through partners.

This is a level 1 of 5 outside sales positions so quick advancement for achievers .... base $60 - $80k + $160 OTE + accelerators

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed the annual revenue target for your Territory.
  • Help your Team and insure everyone professionally represents the company to your territory.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of bookings and revenue.
  • Help your Team maintain every customer as a reference account
  • Help your Team establish the company throughout your Territory
  • Help your Team to prospect, qualify and close sales opportunities in your Territory.
  • Provide regular and meaningful insights to Senior Management and Marketing on market trends, product requirements and competition.
  • Be a good Teammate. Support your Team in developing a culture that likes to win, have fun and values mutual success.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate a track record of managing a territory that exceeded quotas!
  • 5 years of experience selling software, hardware, or security solutions to Fortune 1000 Accounts.
  • Ability to help your Team present and communicate with all levels of the customer: –Technical, Financial & Executive.
  • Comfortable using CRM and Strategic Selling Methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing start-up environment.
  • Balances great ambition and drive with a high level integrity and honesty

  • Experience selling software, hardware, or security solutions software is a must.

Base Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 (DOE)

On-Target-Earnings: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 (NO Cap) + Great Benefits + Full Expenses + Upward Mobility

Travel: 30%
