We are currently seeking talented Talent Sourcing/Recruiting Social Media Program Manager for our San Antonio, TX facility.

PURPOSE OF JOB

Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement innovative talent supply solutions, initiatives, programs, processes and tools. Works with peer partnerships to deliver established business talent supply requirements. Works under moderate supervision. Performs moderately complex work assignments and problem resolution within a single function and/or CoSA. Participates in the development and implementation of business solutions as a team resource.

JOB DUTIES

  • Collaboration with management to drive enterprise-level talent supply planning, leveraging various channels and ensures a targeted talent pipeline is delivered.
  • Assisting in the development of strategic partnerships with specific college, professional and veteran organization programs that meet USAA's hiring needs.
  • Representing USAA at career fairs and other recruiting/branding events around the country to identify potential candidates. May support projects, events and/or initiatives established to meet hiring needs.
  • Assisting in gathering information about talent trends to support business requirements.
  • Proactively leveraging sourcing techniques (candidate mining via phone, social media, job boards, etc) to identify, push, and pull qualified candidates in order to meet talent demands.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree or 6 years recruiting experience focused on social media.
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience in the staffing/recruiting discipline.
  • Experience with primary and secondary sourcing methods.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and other software to be used to support relevant business/industry data analysis.

Preferred

  • 2+ years of developing social media recruiting plans and utilization of social media channels (i.e.. LinkedIn, Face Book, and Twitter) in order to recruit top talent; ability to integrate social media tactics with multiple sourcing channels.
  • Experience with recruiting and/or sourcing IT and Financial Services job categories.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • PHR/SPHR.
  • 4+ years progressive work experience in developing recruiting strategies with multiple sourcing pools.
  • Project management skills.
