We are seeking an experienced executive that will be responsible

sales goals. The ideal candidate is a current top executive of $25M+ food
and/or beverage company. The CEO must demonstrate a proven track record of
substantial equity value creation, establishing and improving profitability and
cash flow, acquisition experience and deep industry knowledge. The CEO has
served as the primary creator of product and value in a food or beverage
company and specific experience with
shelf-stable food products, with a desire to lead a start-up effort. Must

position requires a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis
in Marketing, Business, or Finance; an advanced degree is desirable. Must
a minimum of 10 years brand experience in the consumer packaged goods industry
and include proven success developing and managing short and long-term
marketing plans, budgets and analysis. Performance requirements also include:
