Job Description
This is a remote position.
Primary purpose of this position is to support the various projects proposed in the Medicaid/HIE APD to ensure that each of the projects move forward within the schedule, budget, scope and resources available.
- This role will be working closely with the HIEA Program Manager to understand dependencies across the ecosystem.
- This Planning Analyst will coordinate across multiple teams to schedule needed sessions, including but not limited to: requirements gathering, workgroups, statement of work review, project plans,design review, UAT, kickoff calls and demos.
- Creates and maintains documentation to support SOPs and related processes and workflows, project plans, budgets, reports, presentations,and meeting minutes.
- Communicates effectively with partners at SAS, NCDHHS, and payer and provider organizations to ensure alignment on shared project plans and reporting
- Ability to use: JIRA, Microsoft office products(ex. Project. Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Confluence.
- Maintains awareness and understanding of the agency's Strategic business vision, mission, objectives, priorities, relevant legislation, governance, and funding sources & deadlines.
