Job Description:

  • IITL certified (V3 Expert Preferred)
  • Over 10 years of experience in Service Management Ops/Process Ops
  • Must know Service Management Tool Service Now (HPSM, Remedy, Cherwell knowledge would be an added advantage)
  • Handled mid to large size of ITSM process managers team
  • Responsible for Process Maturity & Continual Service Improvement
  • Focus on process maturity and not execute transactions
  • Process Effectiveness and Process Governance Responsibilities
  • Process Awareness, Training and compliance responsibilities
  • Own the responsibility of driving Process improvements
  • Govern the Continual Service Improvement in conjunction with CFS TEG
  • Lead of Service Management Team and work closely with Technical SME for Tool related improvements
  • Responsible for SLM w.r.t. Process
  • Responsible to lead and guide the Steady State Process team members
  • Interface with the customer to ensure smooth delivery w.r.t. Service Management
  • Responsible for validating any requirement related to ITSM Tool interfacing with the Processes
