The ITASE Integrated Forces Analyst performs studies using force-on-force scenarios for threat weapon and sensor systems; Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) systems; cyber disruption and degradation effects; and related analysis on all types of foreign threat weapon systems versus various Blue systems. The primary tasks of the ITASE Integrated Forces Analyst are to conduct Integrated Forces Analysis (IFA) using analytical skills to assess military capabilities of other countries and threat regions and apply that intelligence to study efforts. In addition to the system analyst tasks, the analyst will be involved in threat weapon and sensor system capabilities intelligence assessments; reporting intelligence assessments in reports and briefs; providing assessments to software developers; supporting requirements development; development of military force-on-force study plans in support of Combatant Commands and Program Developers; building scenarios in the Integrated Threat Analysis Simulation Environment (ITASE); conducting authentication of operational scenarios in the ITASE modeling environment; executing ITASE studies in constructive or manned simulation; and conducting the analysis of the runs. The candidate will work closely with Government to coordinate requirements, design, and testing of solutions.
The candidate must be self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to work as part of an integrated product team consisting of both Government and contractor personnel. Ideal candidate would possess experience with ITASE, military staffs, force-on-force modeling or operational wargames; planning of military combat operations; and leadership.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Requires aBS/BA and a minimum of 4 years of military or government/contractor experience. Experience in analysis of military operations required. Experience as an Intelligence Analyst desired. Foreign language skills desired.
