THIS IS A SALARY + COMMISSION + BENEFITS career opportunity located in Asbury Park, New Jersey For Experience IT Technical Recruiters

  • Bachelor’s degreepreferred or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Minimum 1+ months technical recruiting for information technology, functional and technical professionals
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems ATS,, i.e., JobDiva is a plus.
  • Recruitment experience sourcing, qualifying, building talent pipelines and the end-to-end workflow processes for recruiting on open job opportunities for corporate technical positions.
  • Prior experience as a recruiter working for a staffing or recruiting agency, Information Technical Services firm, or corporation recruiting technical professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and dire hire positions.
  • Solid understanding of technical skill sets, web-based/Internet recruiting techniques, usage of mainstream recruiting techniques and methods, e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedInRecruiter, market pay & salary rate negotiation skills, and qualifying candidates primarily via great telephone skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as, independently. Willingness to accept constructive advice, coaching and mentoring from more senior team members.

Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement a proactive recruitment strategy in order to achieve varying IT technical staffing requirements
  • Strong ability to source, identify, screen, recruit, and interview technical and non-technical candidates on the telephone and in person.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system ensuring that it is used to its fullest extent and regarded as mission critical.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all internal and external managers, staff, and consultants verbally and in writing.
  • Able to run point with hiring managers to clarify specific hiring needs, job descriptions and interview schedules.
  • Responsible for executing company recruiting strategies that align with customer requirements and goals of the business.
