Job Summary

The IT Systems Operations Manager at MACU manages and directs day-to-day activities of the Systems Operations team to ensure critical systems, servers and storage infrastructures are operating in a secure, efficient and reliable manner. This includes providing guidance, direction and leadership to system administrators, monitoring MACU's servers and systems, patch management, backup management and direct end user escalation from the Service Desk. This position is also responsible for uptime of MACU's critical infrastructure including a 24/7 incident response plan. This position will report to and work closely with the AVP of Systems Infrastructure and Operations.Job Description
