The Systems Architect develops and maintains IT Architecture derived from system engineering, the current state of new development, and the enterprise strategic technical vision. The Systems Architect validates the architecture complies with policies, standards, and constraints mandated by guidance and directives from the client. Develops an incremental implementation plan over time in accordance with operational and resource constraints. The Systems Architect produces and tracks artifacts at the enterprise, Segment and Solution levels.
Ranging from an entry level to SME. Entry level candidates has 0 to 3 years’ experience in a relevant field to the requirement. This level applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Work performed under supervision. This category will primarily be leveraged to staff recent college graduates. A Subject Matter Expert is an individual whose qualifications and/or particular expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique. Subject Matter Experts has 15 or more years of experience in specific experience/education qualifications and are typically identified as recognized industry leaders for a given area of expertise. Subject Matter Experts typically perform the following kinds of functions: Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs; Provides strategic and technical guidance to program and project staff; Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for mission-related challenges and/or issues; Consults with stakeholders to define need or problem; and supervises/leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions to mission needs.

Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in computer science, sciences, engineering, math, or related field. Preferred: Masters of Science in computer science, sciences, engineering, or related field.
Active or current TS/SCI with CI polygraphed (preferred).
