IT Systems Admin/Desktop Support - Denver, CO.


Position Summary
System Administrator/Desktop support position providing desktop and application support for the systems used in Colorado. This position works in a team environment with other administrators providing services to all four FNF brands and shared services.
Responsibilities include day-to-day operational support for Windows 2008 Server, Windows 7, and Windows 10 and end-user application support in an Active Directory and Azure/Office 365 environment. Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves complex software and hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printers, servers, Microsoft products, third party applications and proprietary production systems to meet business needs. Coordinate office moves and closures, inventory of data and voice circuits, equipment maintenance, hardware and software installation, configuration and upgrades in accordance with company policy. Thorough knowledge of Windows systems setup and support techniques is required. You must be familiar with Windows domains, Active Directory, Office 365, server hardware, firmware, RAID, system backups, desktop and server security. Additional duties include maintaining corporate compliance standards, conducting training, concise communication with users and executives about business needs and the state of the IT department, and working to align Business Objectives with IT Services. Travel time will be required and must be able to work weekend hours as necessary to support troubleshooting, testing, and other support requirements.
Windows OS – 7/10/2008 Server. Citrix XenApp. Networking (TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP). IP printing. Hardware: HP. Good technical and Analytical skills. Good communication skills, both verbal and written across all levels. Team player, self-starter, goal oriented, open minded, flexible and people oriented. Ability to handle multiple projects. Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external). Setup and troubleshoot Avaya SIP based/VoIP phone hardware and misc. Voice Communication equipment. Ability to lift up to seventy five (75) pounds.
Two year degree in a computer related science. 4 year preferred. MCP, MCSE and A+ certifications are a plus.
Five or more years of direct related work experience required. One or more years of Voice communication experience. Experience in server configuration, implementation and support. Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies. Knowledge of computer hardware support. Knowledge of tape backup operations. Familiarity with disaster recovery procedures. Understanding of IT controls and implementation. Systems, infrastructure and process documentation. Understanding of WAN, firewall, VPN and remote access applications.
