As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide enterprise level software support managing customer queries, gathering information and sharing findings. You will be analytical and have an interest in troubleshooting and problem research; collaborating with other engineers as necessary. You will need strong knowledge in Single-Sign on solutions as well as knowledge of cutting edge technologies such as Meteor and Mongo. The successful candidate possesses a strong technical background and significant experience analyzing software applications in enterprise customer environments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate should possess either a technically oriented Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a commercial software company. Candidate must be capable of leading small teams of 1-2 analysts and work with minimal supervision to complete all tasks.
