As IT Help Desk Analyst you will collaborate with a team for providing first-level support, field all application and hardware calls, ensuring the stability, integrity and efficient operations of the IT infrastructure, and support of a remote home-based workforce. You will maintain a working knowledge of all hardware and software applications in order to resolve problems/issues on the initial call. This position logs all pertinent information from each call into a call tracking application database and records follow through to resolution.
