Job Description

Position Overview:

The Store Support Coordinator is responsible for managing all IT projects within the Store Systems team as well as organizing all aspects of the New / Relo and Closed store process. This position works closely with vendors and with internal teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Job Description:

  • Asset Management
    • Oversees maintenance of accurate database of POS hardware by model and type for all stores
    • Replacement hardware for Franchise and Corporate Stores
    • Replacement of Locker Stock
    • Track all Store Software licenses
    • Maintain IBM Serial number spreadsheet and update IBM with all changes
    • Maintain prepaid tracking spreadsheet and balance monthly with finance
    • 3rd party or locker stock location (maintain accurate database of this information)
    • For all store hardware assets -- Responsible for developing and maintaining the inventory control and maintenance process and written procedures
  • Coordinate new store openings, closings and relocations
    • Prepare Hardware, Software, Installation Services and License Purchase Orders.
    • New Store POS, Receiving and Office hardware
    • Wire and hardware installation
    • Maintain spreadsheet of relocations, closings, acquisitions, Regional Offices, Warehouses and New Store Openings and coordinate with Vendors, Update in Magic with all pertinent information
    • Assign and Issue New Store Numbers, maintain Excel spreadsheet, Magic, Right Fax, Folders in Tech Support
    • Update New Store Task Listing
    • Attend New Store Weekly Meetings
  • Invoices
    • Maintain spreadsheets with Budget information
    • Fill Out Capital Expenditure Forms for Finance
    • Review IBM Maintenance Billing and Back Billing
    • Monthly review of invoices with accounting for prepaid items and depot stock
    • Review all IT related charges for Franchisees -- monthly
    • Forward to Finance current Franchise charges for the month
    • Review for accuracy and forward for payment all vendor invoices relating to the above POS
    • Follow up with Vendors on Invoice Problems
    • Maintain various spreadsheets for hardware purchases and contractors services

Coordinate special projects including, but not limited to: Hardware and Software conversions and upgrades; Maintain current list of all pricing for hardware and software; Work with resellers for hardware/software purchases; Performs other projects / duties as needed



  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be able to change direction quickly
  • Must be self-directed and be able to work with little supervision or direction
  • Extremely well organized and detail oriented
  • Interface with External Vendors and Contractors
  • Demonstrated accountability for inventory control accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Previous retail experience required
