Connection Staffing Division is part of our Technology Solutions Group and offers staff aug & consulting services to our client portfolios' Nationwide. The Staffing Business Development Managers are skilled and seasoned Staff Augmentation professionals that work closely with our Account Managers and clients in identifying Staff Augmentation business and consulting solutions for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Direct Hire and payrolling opportunities for all IT positions, Nationwide.
In conjunction with the regional sales team out of our Keene, NH and Portsmouth NH location, you will be responsible for identifying new staffing/service business opportunities and key service trends in there designated USA territory. You will also be responsible for the growth of Staffing within the existing customer base and winning new accounts with Staffing led sales. You will provide territory intelligence and will be the "go to" key resource for Staffing opportunity development for the SMB sales team. The Business Development Manager of Staffing will identify, forecast, and pursue Staffing opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from opportunity creation to the sales close. You will be responsible for the Staffing revenue and gross profit goals for the assigned territory.
Qualified candidate will work daily in an effort to develop and deliver Connection Staffing value propositions, assist the Inside Sales Team to generate sales and grow their customer base through networking and cold-calling activities, develop and maintaining strong executive relationships throughout our client partners, and train/mentor the account management team on how to identify staffing opportunities and when to engage. In conjunction with the VP of Solutions and Staffing, and other senior management, you will develop and execute key account strategies with a common goal of building Connection Staffing sales to exceed quarterly goals and quotas. This role is 70% hunter, 30% account management & training, in an 'inside sales' capacity role.
