About the Career: In this role, you will primarily work with third party application implementations for our Corporate Applications teams (ex. Facilities, Human Resources, Finance, etc). You will use your knowledge of how systems are integrated to be successful in this role. You will ensure completed activities meet project specifications, requirements and Wellmark standards. And you will begin to establish and build working relationships with Technology and business units. In addition, you will participate in determining Technology alternatives and solutions, and assist with system integration.

a. Define, maintain, develop and support specific software applications that support Wellmark's business requirements.
b. Analyze, develop, test, implement, document and maintain programs and systems that meet business requirements.
c. Support and adhere to Wellmark software development lifecycle SDLC, operational procedures and development and security standards by following required process.
d. Report status and issues appropriately.
e. Provide production support for research and root cause analysis.
f. Work with internal/external resources to accomplish changes to programs and systems and the coordination of resources. Provide timely and accurate results, and exceptional customer service.
g. Develop and maintain documentation using Wellmark standards.
h. Assist in project proposals, estimates and proof-of-concept activities as needed.
i. Participate in fact finding of business and technology processes, to identify potential improvement opportunities.
j. Other duties as assigned.
