Top Skills we are

  • You have extensive experience
    in front-end technologies, agile methodologies (scrum) and reliability
    based modern software engineering practices.
  • Serve as a lead developer
    across the entire software lifecycle, participating in code reviews, merge
    requests, and hands-on programming.
  • Work directly with a team of
    software developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and
    realize products.
  • You have strong technical
    expertise in integrating with web services, code versioning tools, test
    automation frameworks, and understand the latest technology trends/tools
    (including open-source, etc.)
  • Encourage a data-driven
    culture to improve the efficiency, scalability, stability, and security of
    applications and in-house systems to help scale the company.
  • Partner with other software
    engineering teams to drive, leverage, and reuse technical craftsmanship in
    the larger IT organization.
  • You have a proven track
    record of a "Can-Do" attitude and are results orientated

What You’ll Need to

  • Experience in working with large multi-geography teams.
  • Ability to think
    strategically about product and business issues while developing and
    implementing software capabilities and features.
  • Excellent written and verbal
    communication skills; strong presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of the
    retail industry and customer expectations of an omni-channel company.
  • Strong understanding of
    customer centric capabilities


  • 10+ years of experience in
    software development or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience
    working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying
    development life cycles (SDLC) within a matrixed organization, including
    working with 3rd party vendors
  • 6+ years of experience in
    marketing and customer facing technologies
  • 5+ years of experience with
    any combination of the following technologies: Node.js, Handlebars.js,
    Hapi.js, JQuery, React, CSS, Docker, Micro-services patterns, Webpack,


  • 3+ years of experience in a
    software/technical lead role
  • 2+ years of experience with
    customer loyalty and/or CRM capabilities
  • 4+ years of experience
    developing and implementing solutions within a matrixed organization,
    including working with 3rd party vendors
  • 3+ years of experience in the
    retail industry
  • 2+ years of Consulting
