As the IT Services and Support Manager within the holding company of First Business, you will manage and mentor a growing team of IT Support team members in our Madison headquarters. In this hands-on role, you will work with the most modern operating systems and hardware infrastructures during regular business hours-no “on-call” required!

Essential responsibilities for this role include:

  • Manage the service/support function including resource allocation, goal definitions for team members, ticket management and all aspects of personnel management.
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for internal clients.
  • Monitor service/support metrics to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Manage and maintain asset inventories for license, hardware, software, mobile devices and office need.
  • Manage and administer procedures that enable the organization’s adherence to SOX Key and Critical controls for system access administration.

Position Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Windows server platforms
  • 1+ year of formal management experience
  • 3+ years’ experience providing technical support services
  • Ability to travel 25% to other bank locations
