Provides support to Web Development staff in the development and maintenance of database-driven web applications, including coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of applications. Provides secondary support to Network Engineer staff as needed, assisting with help desk, trouble ticket system, software, hardware, or network problem resolution, or PC, PBX, or network configuration and programming. Position may also be asked to conduct technical research for source of information in support of client requests.
