About the team
The FIS Risk, Information Security, and Compliance (RISC) team is responsible for ensuring that our products, our technology, our processes, vendors, and clients meet industry standards for security, compliance, and the protection of sensitive data. Our team works domestically and globally to assess and mitigate the risks that can exist across our organization. Celebrating 50 years of top performance in the FINTECH industry has provided us many opportunities for risk mitigation because after all - “Success always requires a certain amount of RISC.”
What you will be doing
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to grow your experience in the Risk, Information Security, and Compliance sector of the financial services industry. You and a team of RISC professionals will perform various on-site and remote assessments of our products and processes. Mostly domestically-based assessment locations but with opportunities for global assignments, the position requires the ability to travel approximately 50%. Additional benefits include building your professional credentials with internally-funded industry certification opportunities.

What we offer you
Entry level professional role. Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency. Has general understanding of principles in one or more programming languages and at least one systems development life cycle model. Generally performs single-function tasks that tend to be of small to moderate size and scope. Works under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience. Typically requires up to three years of experience. Typically reports to an IT Security Manager.
