Alltech International is currently seeking a recruiter to join our recruiting team and make a big impact on our projects. This is an exciting and challenging position serving an elite client base. Alltech International Recruiters are responsible for full life cycle recruiting. The job entails assisting project and hiring managers in developing job requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, interviewing candidates, reference and background checks, offer package preparations, and offer negotiations as well as strong project involvement and client interaction.

Duties:

Alltech's IT Recruiters work closelywith account and hiring managers and are responsible for full life cycle recruiting. The position entails assisting project and hiring managers in developing job requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, interviewing candidates, reference and background checks, offer package preparations, and offer negotiations, as well as strong project involvement and client interaction.

Required:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of SalesExperience
  •  Applicants must be able to commute to and work at the corporate headquarters in Tysons Corner, VA
  • Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive "get-it-done" attitude.
  • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environments is highly desired.
  • Must be able to exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to take a proactive position in understanding candidate needs.
  •  Must be determined to succeed, and willing to work hard.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic that takes ownership of their job.
  • Must have the desire to work with people.
  • Highly organized

Desired:

  • 3+ years recruiting candidates for projects within Federal Government
  • 3+ years experiencerecruiting candidates with government clearances
  • Experience training/leading otherrecruiters
