Caremark is a pharmaceutical services company; therefore, many of its systems are impacted by federal and state regulations. Anytime a client goes to a pharmacy to order or fill a prescription, various systems and sub-functionalities are simultaneously being activated, including Prior Authorization, and Eligibility; Medicaid State Encounters Claims Processing; Prior Authorization Transition Fill; and Adjudication among others. Ensuring the quality and legality of those systems is the responsibility of the Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst.
CVS/Caremark is seeking to employ a Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst to be a member of our Adjudication Data Management group. The Adjudication Data Management group manages and is responsible for RxClaim Eligibility, IBM B2B Sterling Integration Applications and several other applications that deal with adjudication data.
In this role as Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst, this professional will develop technical documentation to automate code components and technical designs for the automation frameworks using tools like HP Unified Functional Testing tool and modern software language like JAVA, VBA; utilize sophisticated technical platforms, tools, and processes such as SDLC/ISO 9000/CMMI; and ensure Caremark's methodologies are followed at all times during project lifecycles.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• 1+ years of experience with AS400 platforms
• PBM industry experience
• Database development concepts, DB/SQL
• Hands on experience in a continuous integration environment using JENKINS and version control tools
• Experience working within defect issue reporting tools such as HP ALM
• Excellent written, verbal communication and organization skills
• Able to work independently and to adjust to changing priorities
• EDI and RxClaim Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Management Information systems, Information Technology or foreign equivalent is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
