Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. As an experienced IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful performance and completion of projects as well as the seamless transition to sustainability. In this role, you will work in partnership with stakeholders across multiple functional areas as an extension of the client teams and manage all aspects of a project through its entire life cycle.

  • Manages the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional projects in large, complex organizations
  • Manages all stages of the project life cycle, including scope, schedule, risks, issues and budget using established methodology (e.g., SDLC, Agile or Waterfall)
  • Acts as the liaison between business and technology functions, including working closely with key stakeholders and end users 
  • Develops and prioritizes business requirements, project deliverables and artifacts
  • Facilitates training, project communication and overall change management
  • Communicates with senior management on project status and performance


  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree is a plus
  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience
  • Hands-on experience managing the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional projects, including scope, schedule, risk, issues and budget
  • Full project life cycle implementation experience with large corporate systems managing complex enterprise projects and leading and directing the work of both matrix and non-matrix project teams 
  • Excellent communication skills, and strong relationship and consensus building skills to work in a team environment and interface with all organizational levels
  • Project management experience in implementations of any of the following: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Custom Software, ERP (i.e. SAP, Oracle), CRM (i.e. SFDC), HR (i.e. Workday, PeopleSoft), Business Intelligence (i.e. HANA, OBIEE), Systems Integration, SaaS (i.e. Blackline, Zoura, CoStar, LeaseAccelerator), Master Data Management (MDM), Data Security and Governance.
  • Experience developing and maintaining standard project documentation, project plans, agendas, action items lists, deliverables and ensure adherence to company/PMO Project Management Standards and Software Development Life cycle best practices
  • Fortune 500 background and/or Big Four consulting experiencepreferred
  • Experienced Scrum Master, PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications preferred
  • Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) preferred
  • Proficiency in project management tools (i.e. MS Project, Clarity, Smartsheet) preferred
