JOB Title: Salesforce Project Manager (This position is eligible for remote work)
The Salesforce Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of milestones, actions, risks, and issues with appropriate resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle to facilitate continuous delivery of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation (MA) initiatives across all Regions, Divisions, and Brands. The position requires a dynamic collaborator who can effectively bring together internal departments and external entities (partners, dealers, agencies) to meet business expectations for schedule, cost, and quality as well as breakdown roadblocks when necessary. The candidate must be a self-starter who can clearly communicate AGCO’s goals and thrive in a performance-based culture with a “can-do” attitude across diverse business units and disciplines.
JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement best in class tools to execute on current and future business strategies across all Regions, Divisions, and Brands.
Establish delivery plans in conjunction with IT and business leads covering the entire project lifecycle with clear expectations for staffing, responsibilities, and scope.
Organize meetings, workshops, presentations, demos, testing, and training.
Submit and review requests for proposals (RFPs), statements of work (SOWs), capital expenditure requests (CERs), and purchase orders (POs).
Track progress, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies on other projects.
Ensure project milestones and gates are met, testing (e.g. unit, system, integration, user, performance) is completed satisfactorily, and adherence to agreements made by the team at the outset of the project.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor performance at Region, Sub-Region, Country, Division, Sub-Division, Brand, and Dealer levels.
Provide day-to-day initiative leadership, structured communications, and reporting consistent with the agreed upon project baseline.
Collaborate with multiple departments within all Divisions to ensure initiatives are well executed.
Follow established governance processes and standards to ensure individual and team compliance with all AGCO policies and procedures.
Demonstrated aptitude for business case development, process documentation, delivery life cycle, and change management in a matrixed and evolving organization.
Relating project objectives and scope to enterprise strategy.
Driving alignment to the enterprise architecture model and refinement to ensure project results are flexible and tightly linked to current and expected requirements.
Facilitating group problem solving.
Analytical approaches for measuring KPIs.
Schedule management across internal and external resources
Comprehension of business areas supported by Salesforce to ensure solutions meet true business needs and requirements.
Process understanding of technology delivery models such as waterfall, scrum, and scaled agile framework.
Familiarity with SAAS (especially Salesforce) platform development processes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of IT or Commercial experience.
Minimum 3 years of project management or equivalent experience.
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills with capability of interacting with multiple levels of management.
Successfully influences diverse groups in a complex, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment to deliver value-added solutions.
Able to synthesize complex topics into meaningful information and prepare materials appropriate for senior level communications.
Flexible, dynamic, and able to recast priorities quickly.
Expert in advanced writing, verbal, and other presentation skills.
Experience working within a global company and multi-brand environment is a plus.
