Experience: 7+ years in IT Project Planning and Management Experience, Financial Services industry preferred.
Additional Skills: PMI Certification required; AgileScrum Certification required; Six Sigma certification a plus; ADKAR change management certification a plus; Experienc implementing HR Information Systems and Document Management platforms a strong plus.
- Experience managing complex enterprise level projects is a must (will be the lead for HRIS likely)
- Sense of urgency / attention to detail
- Ability to manage 3-5 projects simultaneously (should they not be a FT project lead on HRIS for example)
- Strong executive presence / ability to manage stakeholders
- Strong planning and facilitation skills

IT Project Manager Job Description
The IT Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing the implementation multiple projects within our companys' Technology Program. This role is part of the Transformation Program Office. The PM will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of project delivery, from requirements definition through implementation and roll out, working with a cross functional team of business and technical resources. The PM will be ultimately accountable for the success of the project and work closely with the business clients of the project to ensure objectives are delivered as expected. The PM may also be accountable for other business or process efforts that have IT components.

?Experience taking projects from idea generation to implementation and transition to production support coordinating with others to manage all aspects of solution delivery including; requirements gathering, scope definition, resource planning, budget management, status reporting, risk management, change management, training, and change control.

?Experience in managing projects in both waterfall and Agile methodology and skilled in managing in an iterative environment
?Experience in business process automation and digitization is strongly preferred
? Must possess a can-do attitude and willingness to do what it takes to deliver projects on time and within budget. Persistent follow up to make sure project diligence is achieved.
? High attention to detail with excellent facilitation, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to all functional groups; the ability to translate technical requirements and issues into appropriate context.
