Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program Manager will support a development team that designs, builds and maintains a comprehensive Enterprise Access Management solution. The candidate is responsible for the overall management of the project including planning/scheduling, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure technical solutions are implemented in a timely manner, and goals and objectives are accomplished. The candidate is responsible for working closely with customers and development teams to identify and validate requirements, facilitate TEMs and control gates, prepare briefing materials, and maintain project schedules/timelines. 
 
Required Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience in the complete engineering project development lifecycle from inception project planning to deployment to include operations and maintenance activities, demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in tasks. 2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience producing enterprise roadmap(s), identifying technical dependencies and risks, adjudicating competing priorities, and providing analysis of alternatives for technical solutions/enhancements. 3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience working effectively with stakeholders to gather and document requirements to include shaping requirements to meet performance, and security needs to support the implementation of technical solutions. 4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience in gathering customer requirements and holding technical exchange meetings. Able to disseminate, and track meeting notes with action items including assignment and due dates. 5. Demonstrated on-the-job experience facilitating and managing small to medium-sized teams to include exhibiting problem solving skills. 6. Demonstrated on-the-job experience developing project schedules and adhere to them, including providing guidance and direction to team members to meet project timelines. 7. Demonstrated on-the-job experience coordinating supporting and participating in program meetings and reviews. 8. Demonstrated on-the-job experience generating program/project metrics. 9. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Agile and Traditional Development methodologies.  
The clearance level required is TS/SCI w/Poly. ITAHP
