IT - Manager - Adobe Analytics & Adobe Campaign
Currently seeking an IT Manager to partner with our Global Customer and Omni-Channel Management team to supportmarketing automation and personalization and related strategic projects through technology. This role will be based in Parsippany, NJ with the flexibility to work in the New York office up to two times per week. While utilizing functional and technical knowledge of Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics, this position will be responsible for managing project budgets, resources and schedules while aligning business priorities with IT and development resources.
The IT Manager will oversee the formal planning, execution, tracking, and reporting for all Adobe Campaign-related projects including the of gathering and documenting functional requirements as well as conceptualizing and identifying solutions that meet business needs while ensuring alignment with IT strategy. S/He will lead the process of communicating functional requirements to development teams. This position will ensure Adobe Campaign supports the daily business marketing automation operations and is performing at a peak state by implementing controls for all Adobe Campaign users. This includes ensuring that processes are efficient, integrating continuous quality improvement, reducing redundancies, and evolving the platform to leverage new features and functionality to meet the goals of the business. S/He will recommend and implement new capabilities of Adobe Campaign to strengthen the email marketing program while working with external partners to provide the best solution to delivery capabilities.
The IT Manager will champion and ensure adoption of IT dashboards, methods, tools by continuously integrating newly adopted practices to ensure the integrity of the IT organization is maintained. S/He will oversee activities of the managed services partners while ensuring delivery accountabilities are met. Additionally, this role will establish an Adobe Analytics techno-functional competency to provide the internal client with technical and functional support of the Adobe Analytics environment. As a leader, this role will manage and develop direct reports through the performance management process and ongoing coaching and career discussions, ensuring that direct reports maintain a strong understanding of key practices, standards, policies and regulatory requirements and acts in accordance with them.
? Bachelor?s degree and/or equivalent experience in IT or Business Management
? 5-7years of progressive experience in Information Technology
? 3-5years?experience in managing complex systems or processes
? 3-5years?experienceworking with SQL to query and manipulate data
? 2-3years?experience overseeing formal planning, tracking, and reporting on project and staff performance
? Experience with Marketing Campaign Management and Customer Segmentation Tools, ideally Adobe Campaign
? Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
? Strong knowledge and application of the full SDLC processes and methodologies
? Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships
? Experiencesupporting a global marketing organization is ideal
? Experience with Agile implementation methodologies is a plus
? Experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus
