Our client company is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to plan and develop adult learning objectives and course materials for clinical staff; create various curricula (both traditional and e-learning), using a blended approach to address different levels of Epic user experience and knowledge.


You must be willing to:

  • Develop e-learning courses using Adobe Captivate/similar
  • Develop/provide instructor-led classroom training
  • Coach/mentor other trainers on delivery techniques/application knowledge/instructional design principles
  • Maintain Epic certification(s) on an annual basis
  • Complete Training Environment and Documentation (TED) course for each application within the first (1) year of hire


  • Must hold current Epic Certifications in at least (1) of the designated Epic modules/have experience in the other applications
  • At least 2 years' training in the Epic modules/applications
  • Participation in at least 1 full cycle Epic implementation
  • Must have proven ability to balance multiple priorities/initiatives
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/OneNote/Outlook/PowerPoint/Word)
