Primary accountability is to manage small to medium complexity IT Infrastructure Projects. Responsible for all aspects of project management keeping projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Provides timely status reports to reflect project status, issues and risks. Ensures technologies are implemented in adherence to IT standards and policies. Works with project stakeholders to ensure decisions align with the infrastructure strategies defined by senior leadership. Exhibits exceptional oral and written communication skills necessary to coordinate across broad technical and non-technical areas; other technology services staff, customers, vendors, partners and leadership; Ensure successful and cooperative completion of tasks and projects and to resolve problems in a timely manner. Communicates project and team status to internal and external audiences to keep project team informed. Provide project management or organizing function to focus efforts on completing projects. Guide project resources, stakeholders and vendors in efforts to identify objectives, anticipate obstacles, list and schedule tasks
2 years of IT infrastructure project management experience required.
4 years project management experience preferred.
College degree or equivalent experience required.
College degree in Information Systems and PMP certification desired.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office) required.
Experience with training and development of training programs required.
5 years or more Healthcare Environment project management experience desired.
