Responsibilities:

  • Perform remote troubleshooting to diagnostics tests and pertinent questions.
  • Procuring and setting up laptops, managing desktop central, end-user support and troubleshooting.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services


Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Mac and operating systems - OS X, Windows PCs.
  • Highly proficient in Google Suite Administration.
  • Working Knowledge of Active Directory Administration, Active Directory Group Policy Objects, Identity Management System.
  • Clear, concise, professional and thorough verbal and written communication skills.
