What we are looking for...You will need a good strategic understanding of how to effectively document task, issues, and resolutions viainternal ticketing system. Ensure the help desk team is properly resolving or escalating andresponding to issues that arise. Configure and install computer systems for new employees andcontractors and ensure each person is properly trained on systems operations and use of applications. Provide system administration support, create and maintain user accounts and help with server builds, set-ups and maintenance. You can provide entry level server support while updating and maintaininventory of alltechnology systems. You identify solutions to improve computer systemsexperience for our customers and update and re-configure computer equipment, peripherals, operating systems and application packages as needed. You are proactive in making sure systems are patched, backed up, and on current virus protection. Stay well informed of latest systems andtechnology information related to Liquid’sinfrastructure. Collaborate with IT team to review and consider technical trends that can make our IT processes more efficient and effective. We rely on you to help ensure flawless project execution by keeping everything organized among chaos and ambiguity. You are comfortable using our tools and systems to make that happen. Working with the Liquid team to define needs and ensure flawless project execution.

Requirements

    • 5-7 years of hands-on Help desk technical support experience at an agency or design environment
    • Must be able to work independently and have a strong sense of internal motivation
    • Must have strong Mac and PC knowledge and troubleshooting skills
    • Solid experience with most aspects of operating system administration including installation and configuration of various forms of Windows and Mac operating systems, mail systems, printer systems, fundamentals of security, and third-party software
    • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Outlook & Office
    • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
    • Solid working knowledge of hardware including laptops, desktops and servers
    • Solid understanding of remote push and profile management systems for device support
    • Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly and with minimal support and guidance
    • Proven ability to work independently to accomplish tasks and solve problems with minimal supervision
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of composing process and procedure documentation, documenting complex network and system designs, and training users
    • Patience, a customer friendly approach and ability to work in a team environment among all levels of the organization
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
    • Love of technical challenges and the sense of pride it brings to solve them
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Studies or related field
    • Work experience is preferred over technical certifications
    • Willingness to work nights and weekends as required
    • Maintain conference rooms, insure cables are tidy, adapters available, tvs, phones and other such equipment is working, maintained and regularly tested on a weekly basis
    • Support of home IT Networks as needed
    • Assist Studio Managers with facilities, aid in Office/Space setups, tear downs, and maintenance as needed
    • Assist in isolating and troubleshooting issues with facilities as needed
