We are looking for an IT HelpDesk Engineer to join our team in Redwood City, California.
Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
Respond to customer issues via phone, email and chat
Provide customer assistance including C-level interaction
Work to continually improve and streamline the new hire process with computer configuration and account creation.
Document customer interactions and processes
Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues
Install, make changes and repair computer software and hardware
Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment
Experience with Office 365, Atlassian, and Meraki administration.
Critical thinking and excellent system diagnostic/troubleshooting skills required.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with minimal notice
Proficiency with a MAC OSX, Windows and IOS computers/devices.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on issues
Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
