A top full-service law firm is seeking a Help Desk Supervisor in New York.
You will be responsible for the overall operations, management of resources and vendors, and long-term trategy of the help desk.
Oversee implementation and selection of ITSM tool suite
Service level agreement improvements and reporting tool improvements
Creation of user support communications for future help desk ue
Integration of external help dek support and oprational oversight
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, accounting or finance
- 10+ years' work experience in the technical support field
- 5+ years' experience with help desk supervision and managemnt
- 3+ years experience managing IT project work
- Experience with ITSM/Ticketing tools such as Ivanti HEAT
- Strong analytical and problem solving
- Ability to coordinate workloads and work effectively with other service supervisors
- Ability to manage projects in an Agile framework
- Experience work JIRA is a strong plus
- ITIL v3 Foundations or higher is a strong advantage
