This position includes a heavy focus on Windows and O365 support while also working with team members across MindBody to support productivity and innovation.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in Windows Active Directory Systems Administration. (user, group, DNS. GPO)
  • 1+ years administering Virtual Infrastructures (VMWare) including provisioning, reporting, monitoring and maintenance of virtual machines and ESX (4.0 and 5.0 is a plus) server management
  • Good working knowledge in the following technologies:
    • Load balancer and Firewall configuration principles
    • SCCM 2012 R2 management and configuration (highly beneficial)
    • Exchange 2016 (highly beneficial)
    • Microsoft PowerShell
    • Active Directory Users and Computers Management (required)
    • Multi-domain model Administration
    • SharePoint Online
  • Familiar with:
    • Microsoft Windows Server 2008
    • Microsoft Windows Server 2012
    • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2
    • Windows Server Core (Required)
    • Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS)
    • Azure/AWS/Google Cloud


  • Follow MINDBODY Change Management procedures
  • Collaborate within multiple teams: Corporate System Administrators, Desktop Support, Service Desk, Network Engineers, and IT Security
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (know which log files, how to read / interpret the recorded events)
  • Create technical roadmaps for critical technologies
  • Collaborate across MindBody to identify how to innovate and better leverage MindBody technologies
  • Identify digital transformative opportunities
  • Support both internal user administration, permissions and access for corporate environments
  • Deliver end user training for standard productivity tools such as Video Conferencing, SharePoint, Slack, and O365.
  • Ensure operating procedures are created (as part of all assignments) and maintained as the basis for future enhancement and knowledge sharing.
