The IT Systems Support Director will be responsible for maintaining information technology strategies by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.
Be seen internally as the "go to person" when business leaders have technical ideas. Provide technical/technology leadership for the IT staff and Company; identify opportunities to use technology to expand sales, save time/money, and simplify. Coordinate and lead the implementation of technology-related initiatives including most customer-facing, online, and internal changes/updates (not including marketing-specific website updates).

Education: BS in Computer Science, MIS, similar field or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
Previous experience managing or supervising IT staff preferred.
Experience with multiple site networking, resolving end-user computer issues, project management, and ability to multi-task required
Familiarity with a variety of the IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to utilize prior experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
