Participates in the planning, execution and delivery of complex business projects.. Manages risk by using established delivery management processes to address execution challenges associated with quality, schedule and cost. Leads, defines and manages projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the integrated delivery for all of the Global Business Intelligence applications including work effort, milestone inter-dependencies, budget, resource capacity and planning, deliverables, and quality management
  • Responsible for understanding business priorities and working with business partners and domestic and international technology teams to commit and deliver against business and technical priorities
  • Facilitate building strategic relationships with Finance, Treasury, Risk, CDO, DGO & other business leads along with business users to support rapidly growing regulatory project demand
  • Support the definition and implementation of the GCT global operating and engagement models
  • Responsible to ensure all managed projects artifacts and deliverables are in compliance with corporate standards and procedures
  • Build & manage partnerships with interfacing systems, development, testing and production deployment/support organizations to manage end-to-end delivery cycle.


  • 5-10 years of experience in delivering requirements for Business Intelligence programs. Having experience with financial services data is considered a plus
  • 5-10 year of experience in applying BI tools and technology and data warehouse best practices including AGILE and waterfall SDLC process
  • Strong Business & Data Analysis experience, specifically in Banking industry
  • Financial sector domain expertise
  • BS in Business, Marketing, or Information Systems Management from an accredited university or college or equivalent work related experience
  • Must have successful background managing projects preferably within the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with and influence senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Retail Banking products and business processes
  • Strong influencing and partnering skills
  • Strong organization and facilitation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Working knowledge Business Intelligence tools/technologies / practices preferred (i.e. Ab Initio, Cognos, SAS, Teradata, Data Stage)
