At CompuCom, we are looking for a IT Data Analyst Problem Manager to add to our IT Service Management Team(ITSM). The Data Analyst Problem Manager will analyze and dig through data to identify the root cause of Customer problems and trends in order to take necessary actions with internal and external parties. This will ensure that the impacts are minimized or eliminated altogether through appropriate actions. This role will sit in our brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Fort Mill, SC.

Key Accountabilities:

  •     Through Data Analysis, identifies trends and potential Problem sources (by reviewing Incident and Problem analysis)
  •    Prevents the replication of Problems across multiple systems
  •    Reviews the efficiency and effectiveness of the Problem control process
  •    Monitors the effectiveness of error control and makes recommendations for improvements
  •    Maintains inventory of problems under analysis and their current progress and status
  •    Follows up issues and progress with problem owners where necessary
  •    Updating Known Error Database
  •    Produces Problem Management reports and management information
  •    Coordinates meetings to resolve problems
  •    Prevents  recurrence of issues by identifying root cause and implementing fix
  •    Work with all technical teams, Service Management and external stakeholders Drive all problems towards root cause identification and permanent fix

  •    Minimum 2 years previous IT Data Analyst or Problem Management experience
  •    Strong, demonstrated Analytical skills
  •    ITIL V3 foundation certificate and/or Six Sigma Green Belt
  •    Interpersonal skills
  •    Organizational skills
  •    3+ years technology experience


  •    College degree, preferred technical
  •    ITIL foundation certified and/or Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt +)
  •     5+ years years technology experience
