IT Contracts Specialist at CyberThink Inc. in Parsippany, NJ

Responsibilities:

· Resource will work with the Vendor Management team, within IT to support the renewal of several large scale IT Agreements.

· Resource will review and edit (redline) new and renewal technology contracts including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Schedules, Amendments and Statements of Work (SOW), to ensure the documents conform to standards.

· Technology areas include technology products and services; such as networking, hardware, storage, hardware, software, related services, managed / outsourced services and hosted services.

Requirements:

· Accreditation as a paralegal (or equivalent work experience)

· 5+ years as a paralegal/contracts supporting technology sourcing.
