IT Consulting Lead Generation Specialist

  • At least one year of experience in lead generation and cold callingexperience in an Information Technology environment
  • Experience in generating and qualifying leads for the Software solutions market
  • Researching ability to prospective client companies (Linkedin, Hoovers, Glassdoor, etc.) to identify potential sales opportunities and potential buying influences
  • An insatiable aptitude to engage prospects involving the Oracle product line and other relevant services regarding our expertise in implementation projects.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to engage senior level stakeholders in conversation
  • The professional ability to ascertain whether a lead from a prospect falls into a cold, warm or hot category
  • Navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
  • An ability to be detail oriented, organized show an attention to detail
  • Documentation skills, tracking skills and follow up skills
  • A capability to learn technical product information which he or she should use to understand customer applications and thus generate quality leads
  • The ability to adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
  • The ability to overcome competitive sales objections/position product against competition and customer needs
  • Maximize potential sales opportunities with each customer
  • A “hunter” mentality and have an innate ability to find and nurture quality prospects over time
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, excellent time management skills
  • Responsibility to establish net new opportunities created by utilizing campaign, cold calling, email
  • An ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • The ability to exude a professional, yet persistent manner in all facets of conversation with the prospect
  • Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy and planning
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and possess strong analytical skills
  • Assign leads to Account Executives as outlined by management
