Perform technical assessment to define the automation feasibility of a business process. Capture business processes using existing process documentation and input from business process owners. Understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process. Create Process Definition documents and/or User stories and define acceptance criteria. Participate in the solution design and amigo reviews and work with the development team in resolving issues. Participate in the testing and implementation of process automations into production. Communicate with the business process owners and answer questions on the automation and RPA.
Responsible for medium to long-term assignments of significant complexity and/or budgetary, strategic, or operational impacts. Primary responsibilities include requirements/process flow definition documentation, and test and deployment strategies. Responsibilities also include decision making, risk assessment, task prioritization/assignment, communication, problem/issue/conflict resolution, customer service, and client relations.
Exhibits an understanding of business, process optimization and integration, and project management and business process improvement best practices. Participates in and/or provides guidance for large-scale assignments with minimal direction from senior staff. Provides guidance for the preparation of estimates, evaluations, and recommendations. Demonstrates advanced-level problem solving skills and functional area knowledge.
