This position is responsible to represent IT leadership to the rest of the business, primarily in the US & Canada regions.
This responsibility entails staying up-to-date on the needs of the business stakeholders and looking for ways for IT to
better service those needs. This includes coordinating with the various IT teams to make sure key projects have the
correct priority and are moving forward with the appropriate attention. This also requires working with management
over the IT teams to determine priorities and understand constraints and roadblocks for these projects. Communication
is a key in this role and includes regular updates to both IT and business Executives through email, phone, conference
calls, and in-person meetings.
